Terms of service
Cancellation policy
In private lessons, the client commits to a weekly agreed-upon piano lesson time fot the entire term.
Student's absence from private lessons (due to illness, vacation etc.) are generally not reimbursed by rescheduling to a new lesson time and date. Instead, someone else, such as family member or friend, can attend the scheduled lesson time on behalf of the absent student. If no one attends the lesson, the teacher will use the booked time to prepare an assignment, instructional video, or excercise for the student as a homework.
Absences from goup lessons will not be reimbursed.
If the teacher falls ill, lesson will be rescheduled or held by a substitute teacher.
Private lessons are paused according to Espoo School holidays.
Cancellations for single lessons or shorter courses must be made 48 hour before the lesson starts for a refund.
By booking our service, the client agrees to these terms.
Payment
Season fees are invoiced in two installments. For the autumn term 50% is billed in September and 50% in November. For the spring term payments are due in February and April.
Shorter courses and single lessons are paid on-site. Payment methods accepted include card payment and MobilePay.
For personal hobby, ePassi (employee cultural benefit) can also be used. Please inquire for more details when making a reservation.
